Competition in business is fierce. No one needs to tell you that. Everywhere, companies compete based on product, technology and price. Even in advertising, witness the rise of content marketing as a way to beat out the competition in the rising roar of marketing messages.

There is another way to compete. It’s old-fashioned, but it works: Be good to your customers. Really, really good. Be good from the first time they encounter you to years after they’ve become your loyal, returning customer.

2016 Gold Quill Award winners announced

The winners of the 2016 Gold Quill Awards have been announced. In total, IABC has recognized 223 entries as world class with 85 Excellence Awards and 138 Merit Awards announced. Winners come from all parts of the world, with 12 countries represented in the winners list. They represent a cross section of public and private sector organizations, both large and small.

2017 World Conference

April Board Meeting and First Wednesday

Because everyone was busy sparking conversation and igniting ideas at FUZE Conference, our board meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 13 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Wilson Centre, Innovation Place.

First Wednesday will continue across the street at Boffins Public House in the Atrium Building, 111 Research Drive at 5:30 p.m.  See you then!
